乳腺癌中AgNOR和NDPK/nm23的预后价值及相互关系

摘　　要：目的：研究ＡｇＮＯＲ和ＮＤＰＫ／ｎｍ２３与乳腺癌预后的关系。方法：对５２例乳腺癌作ＡｇＮＯＲ计数及ＮＤＰＫ／ｎｍ２３免疫组化染色。结果：ＡｇＮＯＲ＜４者，５年生存率显著高于ＡｇＮＯＲ≥４者。ＮＤＰＫ／ｎｍ２３阳性者，５年生存率显著高于ＮＤＰＫ／ｎｍ２３阴性者。ＡｇＮＯＲ＜４、ＮＤＰＫ／ｎｍ２３阳性者，５年生存率高于ＡｇＮＯＲ≥４、ＮＤＰＫ／ｎｍ２３阴性者。ＡｇＮＯＲ≥４者在ＮＤＰＫ／ｎｍ２３阴性组较ＮＤＰＫ／ｎｍ２３阳性组显著增多，表明两者之间存在一定的关系。结论：ＡｇＮＯＲ与预后呈负相关，ＮＤＰＫ／ｎｍ２３与预后呈正相关。Purpose To study prognostic significance of AgNOR and NDPK/nm23 in breast cancer. Methods AgNOR were counted and NDPK/nm23 was stained immunohistochemically in 52 cases of breast cancer. Results The 5year survival rate was significantly higher in AgNOR<4 group than in AgNOR≥4 one. And the 5year survival rate was significantly higher in positive NDPK/nm23 group than in negative NDPK/nm23 one. The 5year survival rate was significantly higher in both AgNOR<4 and positive NDPK/nm23 group than in both AgNOR≥4 and negative NDPK/nm23 one. In addition, it was found that the AgNOR≥4 one was significantly more in negative NDPK/nm23 than positive NDPK/nm23, which indicated relationship between them. Conclusions AgNOR is inverse correlation to survival rate of breast cancer, but NDPK/nm23 is inverse results.
