摘　　要：目的本文总结2所医院从1974年3月～2007年10月收治阴茎癌29例。术前均被活检证实为阴茎癌,其中25例为鳞状上皮细胞癌,3例为移行细胞癌,1例为胚胎癌。方法29例阴茎癌其中11例做阴茎龟头切除,保留尿道。9例做阴茎龟头及前1/3阴茎干海绵体切除,尿道外翻与阴茎皮肤吻合。4例做阴茎大部分切除保留后尿道会阴造瘘术。2例阴茎全切术膀胱造瘘术。2例阴茎及阴囊全切术膀胱造瘘术。1例阴茎根部海绵体部分切除术,保留尿道。结果术后11例存活15年,4例存活达7年,6例存活3年11个月,1例存活21年,7例失访。结论阴茎癌阴茎部分切除术后,部分患者仍有性功能。Objective To summary 2 hospital from 1974 March to 2007 October accept to cure a penis cancer 29.BE lived the check confirmation as penis cancer all before the Shu,25 among those examples is scale form top skin cell cancer, 3 in order to move line cell cancer, 1 is embryo cancer. Methods 29 penis cancer 11 among them do a penis glans penis to cut off and reserve urethra.9 do a penis glans penis and front 1/3 penis stem the sponge body cut off, urethra outside turn over to fit together with penis skin.4 do a penis big part cut off to reserve behind urethra would the Yin build Lou Shu.2 all of the penises slice Shu urine bladder to build Lou Sbu.2 penis and scrotum whole resection urine bladder build Lou Shu.The parts of resection of a penis root sponge body reserve urethra. Results 11 survival after the Shu 15 years,4 survival reach to for 7 years, 6 survival 3 years 11 months, 1 survival 21 years,7 lose to visit. Conclusion Penis cancer penis the empress of the parts of resection, the parts of sufferer still have a sexual function.
