摘  要:目的研究氟铁龙对宫颈鳞癌中PD-ECGFmRNA、蛋白表达的影响,探讨其抗癌机制。方法采用原位杂交和免疫组化法,对40例术前口服氟铁龙组(实验组)的标本进行PD-ECGFmRNA、蛋白的检测,并以45例单纯手术组的标本作对照(对照组)。结果(1)手术后PD-ECGF蛋白在实验组中表达(42%)明显低于对照组(73%),无显著性差异(P<0.05)。(2)PD-ECGFmRNA的表达在两组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。(3)实验组手术前后PD-ECGF蛋白的表达变化有显著性差异(P<0.05),对照组手术前后无差异(P>0.05)。结论氟铁龙能抑制宫颈鳞癌组织中PD-ECGF蛋白的表达,发挥抗肿瘤作用机制可能与PD-ECGF具有胸苷磷酸化酶活性有关。Objective To study effects of furtulon on expression of PD-ECGFmRNA and protein in squamous cervical carcinoma. Methods By use of immnnohistochemistry and in situ hybridization were used for 40 samples of experiment group and 45 samples of control group to detect the PD-ECGFgene (PD-ECGFmRNA and PD-ECGF) in cervical squamous cell carcinoma. Results (1)The expression of PD-ECGF in experiment group(42%) was significant lower than that in control group(73% ). (2)Comparing the expression of PD-ECGFmRNA between two groups without significant difference(P〉 0.05). (3)The expression of PD-ECGF was different in experiment group perioperatively(P〈 0.05), that conversely in control group(P〉 0.05). Conclusion Furtulon can inhibit PD,ECGF in squamous cervical carcinoma,and its anticancer mechanism might be correlated with PyNPase of PD-ECGF.
