北京首都国际机场饮服从业人员体检现状调查分析

摘　　要：目的评估首都机场地区餐饮服务从业人员HBsAg、HBeAg阳性率状况及分布特点。方法对HBsAg、HBeAg和ALT进行测定,采用酶联免疫吸附试验方法,检测试剂均在有效期内使用。结果HBsAg检测:15468名健康体检者中,HBsAg阳性381例,阳性率为2.46%,其中男性HBsAg阳性率为2.90%;HBeAg检测:15468名健康体检者中,HBeAg阳性107例,阳性率为0.69%;ALT检测:15468名健康体检者中,ALT异常124例,异常率为0.80%。结论餐饮服务行业从业人员体检问题关系到食品卫生安全和广大民众的身体健康,应引起有关部门的足够重视。Objective To assess the situation of positive rates of HBsAg and HBeAg of Catering staff in Capital airport district. Methods Determining the HBsAg,HBeAg and ALT by elisa enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. All the reagents were in validity peroid. Results In 15468 healthy cases,the positive cases of HBsAg were 381（2.46%）, and male 2.90%; while,the positive cases of HBeAg were 107（0.69% ）; Abnomality of ALT was 124（0.80%）. Conclusion The physical eonditon of catering staff is related with safety of food sanitation and mankind＇s health and should be paid attention by related departments.
