摘　　要：杜洛克猪新品系采用不完全封闭的群体继代选育法选育，于１９９１年开始组建基础群，一年一个世代，至今已完成４个世代的测定与选择，各项性能指标已达到育种目标。初产母猪窝产仔数为９１９头，经产母猪窝产仔数为１０６头，场内测定日增重公猪为７５４５ｇ，每增重１ｋｇ耗料为２８ｋｇ，母猪日增重为７１５６ｇ，每增重１ｋｇ耗料为２８９ｋｇ。广东省种猪测定中心测定，日增重公猪为８３４ｇ，每增重１ｋｇ耗料为２１６ｋｇ，母猪日增重为８０５ｇ，每增重１ｋｇ耗料为２３８ｋｇ。胴体瘦肉率为６５％左右。作为终端父本与长大、大长杂交配套利用，表现了良好的配合力，杜长大及杜大长商品猪测定期日增重可达９０６ｇ。Selected new strains of Duroc by partial-closure selection on generation substitution. a base group was established in 1991. Each year 1 generation was selected, and so far 4 generation have been selected and tested. All the tested indexes were up to the repuired criteria. The litter size on averate is 9.19 and 10. 6 for gilts and sows spectively. Daily weight gain tested within the farm are 745.5 and 715.5g for boar and sows respectively, which respectively are 834 and 805g texted by Guangdong Provincial Pig Testing Centre. Feed consamption per kg of live weight gain are 2.80 and 2.89 kg for boars and sows respectively, which are 2.155 and 2,38 kg tested by Guangdong Provincial Pig Testing Centre. Carcass lean content is 65%. When used as terminal sire in crosses with LW × Landrace LW, the new Duroc sires expressed excellent compatibility. Daily live weight gain of the commercial Duroc × LW × Landrace or Duroc ×Landrace × LW within the testing period reached 906 g.
