摘　　要：在分析高校学生职业观所具有的现实与理想并重、求职意愿趋向多元化、择业过程矛盾重重的特点的基础上,探索高校艰苦专业学生树立正确职业观的方法与途径。Analysis of vocational college students with the concept of the ideal and the reality of equal importance, the job will to diversify the process of choosing contradictory characteristics on the basis of colleges and universities to explore the difficult students to establish a correct view of professional ways and means.
