摘　　要：小说作为一种独立的文学形式,它的本体就是小说作品的文本。小说本质层次论是从小说的内部结构纵向分析、把握小说的本质。茵伽登和罗兰.巴尔特对小说本质的探究从层次构造发展到功能结构层次,实现了对小说本质研究的精密化与系统化。As an independent literary genre,fiction is the text in itself. The analysis of the essence of fiction from different levels means to grasp the essence of fiction from the internal construction of it vertically. Roman Inganden and Roland Barthes dealt with the essence of fiction from level construction to functional structure and made the study of fiction precise and systemized.
