摘　　要：经济发展程度和制度的差异,使中小企业融资理论与实践在不同国家和不同区域间呈现明显差异。本文依据企业融资结构基本理论,对我国上市与非上市中小企业融资结构影响因素进行了实证比较分析,发现不同资本市场和不同区域中小企业融资结构影响因素存在显著差异,并针对这些差异提出了中小企业融资支持的政策建议。Due to the differences of economic development and social system, financing theory and practice of SMEs show significant diversity in different countries and regions. Based on elementary theory of financial structure, this article gives some empirical comparative analysis of the factors affecting the financial structure of listed and non-listed SMEs in China and finds that factors influencing financing structure of SMEs are multiform in different capital markets and regions. Finally some policy recommendations are given on the financing support to SMEs.
