复方丹参滴丸联合氢化麦角碱治疗血管性痴呆的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨氢化麦角碱联合复方丹参滴丸治疗血管性痴呆(VD)的临床疗效。方法:选自上海精神卫生中心分部31例VD患者,符合CCMD-3血管性痴呆的诊断标准;Hachinski缺血指数评分>7分;均已单纯使用氢化麦角碱治疗至少6个月,同时能够进行量表评分。在原来用药的基础上联用复方丹参滴丸,其它降血糖、降血压等对症治疗不变;由有5年以上工作经验、经过正规培训的精神科医师进行评分,选用简易智能状态检查(MMSE)、老年临床评定量表(SCAG)进行评定(其中,MMSE积分在相应教育程度界值以下:未受教育≤17分,小学组≤20分,中学或以上组≤24分),观察并比较联用前后的差异;统计处理:应用SPSS10.0软件进行相关分析。结果:联用后第8周、第12周与联用前比较,MMSE及SCAG评分差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),联用后第4周与联用前比较,MMSE及SCAG评分差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:复方丹参滴丸用于治疗血管性痴呆有明显的疗效,尤其是联合其他益智药,能够明显延缓血管性痴呆的进程。复方丹参滴丸用法简单,服药的依从性好,安全性高。因此,血管性痴呆可以使用复方丹参滴丸治疗,在临床上值得推广。Objective： The purpose of lysergic base hydride joint compound Danshen Diwan treatment of vascular dementia （VD） of clinical observation.
