摘　　要：随着经济全球化和知识经济时代的到来，人们已不再满足传统的人力资源管理模式，人力资源管理面临着诸多的挑战。文章从人力资源管理的人性化、柔性化、外包化及国际化等方面对人力资源管理的发展趋势进行了探讨。Along with economical globalization and knowledge economy time arrival,the people no longer satisfy traditional the human resources management pattern , the human resources management are facing many challenges. The article from the human resources management user friendly,the flexibility,outside aspects and so on packing and internationalization has carried on the discussion to the human resources management trend of development.
