摘 要:在全面分析带钢质量影响因素的基础上,指出现有评价方法的局限性,提出了一种更具一般性的非线性多级模糊评价模型。该模型通过引入非线性算子来反映某些评价指标对质量的突出影响,并通过建立多级模型结构来体现质量影响因素的多层次性。文中给出了评价指标的隶属度、权重向量和非线性算子的确定方法,并将该评价模型应用于带钢质量评价,实例证明与线性单层次方法相比,该方法与实际更相符、更具柔性。The limitations of the existing evaluation methods are pointed out based on a comprehensive analysis of quality influence factor of strip steel, and a more general non-linear multi-stage fuzzy evaluation model was proposed. In this model, nonlinear operator was introduced to reflect significant effect of some evaluation indices to quality. The multi-stage model structure was established to reflect multistage attribute of quality influence factor. Membership degree, weight vector and nonlinear operator of evaluation indices were determined in this model. Evaluation model was applied to quality evaluation of strip steel. In comparison with the linear single stage evaluation, this method is more reasonable, flexible and suitable to actual situation.
