摘　　要：分析了知识对于供应链运作效率的影响,以及基于知识的供应链特征,在此基础上,研究了供应链柔性与环境不确定性关系,并提出基于知识的供应链柔性概念模型,研究表明供应链中的知识存量与创新能力直接决定了供应链的柔性能力。The paper explains the depiction and the characteristics of knowledge in the supply chain. Then, the fluency of knowledge to the operation efficiency of supply chain is analyzed and the traits of supply chain based on knowledge are studied. After that, the supply chain flexibility based on knowledge is researched from the aspects of the relationship between the supply chain flexibility and the environment, and the realization of supply chain flexibility based on knowledge.
