摘　　要：目的通过实验室及影象学指标评价子宫动脉栓塞(UAE)后女性内分泌功能的变化,了解UAE后女性内分泌功能是否受影响及程度,为子宫肌瘤和子宫腺肌病患者保守治疗提供理论依据。方法以接受UAE治疗的子宫肌瘤和子宫腺肌病患者为对象,分组观察有无闭经,测定性激素水平,LH试纸测排卵,B超监测卵巢大小。结果在生育年龄组中术前及术后各项指标均无明显变化(P<0.05)。在围绝经期组中术前及术后卵巢大小及激素水平有变化(P>0.05)。结论UAE对生育年龄女性生殖内分泌功能无明显影响。但对围绝经期妇女的内分泌影响有待进一步研究。Objective To evaluate the changes of female endocrine function after uterine artery embolization（UAE） for understanding whether the femaleendocrine function is affected and providing theoretical basis to conservative treatment of uterine myoma and adenomyosis by indexes of laboratory and imaging examinations. Methods The patients with uterine myoma and adenomyosis receiving the treatment of UAE were divided into the different groups for investigating amenorrheal, sex hormone levels,ovulation detected by LH test paper and ovarian size monitored by ultrasonography. Results The various indexes had no obvious changes before and after operation in the reproductive age group（P〈0.05）. The ovarian size and sex hormone levels had changes before and after operation in perimenopause group（P〉0.05）. Conclution UAE has no obvious influence on reproductive endocrine function in reproductive aged females. The influence of UAE on the menopause women needs further study.
