摘　　要：通过访谈和个案分析对上海对外贸易学院学生体育社团的运作方式进行了实例研究,结果表明:建立社团联合会与体育部"双重管理"模式,更有利于体育社团的发展,体育社团的多种组建方式为体育社团提供了更多的发展机会,体育社团将是大学体育课外活动的主要载体,"联合式"体育社团组建方式是"体教结合"的新尝试。By means of interview and case analysis, the authors made a case study of the ways of operation of sports associations of college students in Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade, and revealed the following fmdings： establishing a mode of ＂double management＂ by association league and sports department is more conducive to the development of sports associations; multiple ways of establishment of sports associations provide sports associations with more opportunities for development; sports associations will be the major carrier for extracurricular sports activities in universities; the way of establishment of ＂united＂ sports associations is a new attempt for ＂combining physical exercise with physical education＂.
