摘　　要：从知识经济与知识产权的概念入手,分析了知识产权在知识经济社会的作用,阐述了加强知识产权保护的具体措施。Starting from the concepts of knowledge economy and intellectual property right, this paper analyzes the functions of intellectual property right in the society of knowledge economy, and expounds some concrete measures for strengthening the protection of intellectual property right.
