荞麦种子不同提取物对2型糖尿病大鼠血糖的影响

摘　　要：[目的]研究荞麦种子的不同提取物对2型糖尿病大鼠血糖的影响。[方法]SD大鼠喂以高糖、高脂饲料,腹腔注射低剂量的链菌素致2型糖尿病模型。以荞麦种子的乙醇提取物、水提取物为试药,格列本脲、二甲双胍为对照,糖尿病大鼠连续给药8周后,测定大鼠血糖值,比较不同药物降血糖的效果。[结果]荞麦种子的乙醇提取物、水提取物对正常大鼠及糖尿病大鼠均有降血糖作用(P﹤0.05),乙醇提取物对糖尿病大鼠的降糖作用优于水提取物(P﹤0.05)。[结论]荞麦种子的乙醇提物和水提取物对2型糖尿病大鼠均具有一定的疗效。[ObjectiveJ To study on the effect of extracts of buckwheat seed on blood glucose in type 2 diabetes mellitus rat. [Methods] SD rats were fed with a diet enriched with candy and fat feed and streptozotion （STZ）was injected to induce diabetes meUitus. Type 2 diabetes rats were fed extracts of buckwheat seed, Glyburide and Mefformin for 8 weeks to compare the effect of reducing blood glucose of different extracts. [ Results] The extracts of buckwheat seed could reduce blood glucose of normal and diabetes rats （P 〈 0.05）. [Conclusion] The alcohol and aqueous extracts of buckwheat seed have certain curative effect to diabetes.
