摘　　要：为实现两个根本性转变，企业必须转变观念，树立新的企业经营观念。本文阐述了新形势下企业经营管理过程中急需解决的几个观念问题。In order to realize the two essential changes, an enterprise must shift senses and establishes new operations management senses. This article expounds that there is a great need for an enterprise to solve several senses in the process of operations management in the new situation.
