摘　　要：目的探讨B超引导下细针胰腺穿刺结合DNA倍体检查对胰腺癌的诊断价值。方法选择2005年1月至2007年12月于我院就诊的疑似胰腺癌患者100例为研究对象。术前均行细针胰腺穿刺、细胞DNA倍体检查,并与术中探查结果进行比较。结果B超引导下细针胰腺穿刺结合DNA倍体检查对胰腺癌诊断的灵敏度、特异度、约登指数分别为94.44%、85.71%、0.8015。结论B超引导下细针胰腺穿刺结合DNA倍体检查对胰腺癌早期诊断具有较高的价值。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of fine needle aspiration guided by ultrasound B on pancreas cancer. Methods 100 patients treated in our hospital from January 2005 to December 2007 were selected. All of them were tested with the DNA aneupoidy by fine needle aspiration guided by ultrasound B, and the diagnosis results of DNA aneupoidy were compared with the correct diagnosis made by operative exploration. Results The sensitivity of fine needle aspiration was 94.44%.The specificity was 85.71%. Youden＇s index was 0.8015. Conclusions DNA aneupoidy test by fine needle aspiration guided by ultrasound B has good diagnostic value for early diagnosis of pancreas cancer.
