摘  要:目的通过微核实验和鼠伤寒沙门氏菌回复突变试验(Ames实验)检测自制烤瓷合金对小鼠的致畸作用及对染色体的突变作用以评价其生物相容性。方法微核实验中将小鼠分成高、中、低剂量组及阴、阳性对照组,并将自制烤瓷合金与纯钛作比较,通过观察股骨骨髓玻片的微核标本,计算并比较P/N值。Ames实验取鼠伤寒沙门氏菌组氨酸营养缺陷型TA98、TA100,按一定剂量加入不同浓度自制烤瓷合金及钛的生理盐水浸提液中,计数每皿回变菌落数。结果各实验组的微核率与空白对照组比较,无显著差异,并与纯钛组相近。Ames实验中各剂量、各菌株的回变菌落数均在正常范围,故自制烤瓷合金的生理盐水浸提液Ames实验结果为阴性。结论自制烤瓷合金对小鼠无致畸作用,对染色体亦无致突变作用。Objective To appraise the biocompatibility of serf-restraint ceramic alloy with the micronuelei experiment and the Ames experiment. Methods In the micronuclei experiment we divided the mice into high-dose, middle-dose, low-dose group and negative, positive controls, compared the self-restraint ceramic alloy with titanium, observed the micronuclei specimen of femoral bone marrow slide, calculated and compared the P/N. In the Ames test, we used the mouse typhus salmonella-histidine anxotroph TA98 and TA100. According to invariable calculation add different density NS leaching liquor of serf-restraint ceramic alloy and titanium, and the number of revertant colonies was counted. Results We compared the micronuclei rates of each group with the controls, and the results showed no significant difference and was near to the titanium group. In the Ames test, all the revertant colonies were in the normal range of each dosage and strain, so the result of Ames test was negative for NS leaching liquor of self-restraint ceramic alloy. Conclusion The self-restraint ceramic alloy had neither teratogenic function nor mutagenic function, so we concluded that the serf-restraint ceramic alloy had favorable biocompatihility.
