摘  要:目的了解市小学生健康饮食知识的知晓程度和健康相关行为形成情况,提出合理的建议和干预策略。方法由我所自行编印调查表,对小学3~5年级学生进行营养知识、态度及饮食行为调查。结果干预前知识知晓率为74.3%,健康行为形成率为62.7%,干预后分别上升为知识知晓率为93.5%,健康行为形成率为69.i%。结论健康教育能有效提高小学生饮食知识的知晓率进而转变健康饮食行为。Objective Understood that my city elementary student healthy diet knowledge knows the degree and the health related behavior forms the situation, puts forward the reasonable proposal and the intervention strategy. Methods Produced by my own survey, the 3~ 5 grade primary school students in nutrition knowledge, attitude and eating behavior survey. Results Before the intervention, knowledge knowing rate is 74.3%, the healthy behavior speed of formation is 62.7%, after the intervention, respectively rises for knowledge knowing rate is 93.5%, the healthy behavior speed of formation is 69.1%.Conclusion The health education can enhance the elementary student diet knowledge to know rate then the transformation healthy eating behavior effectively.
