摘　　要：目的探讨与喉癌术后患者进行沟通对护理质量的影响。方法对2OO5年4月-2008年3月在我科住院的63例喉癌患者随机分成实验组和对照组，实验组用自行设计的图卡片，对照组用传统的方法在术后与患者沟通并对沟通的效果进行评价。结果实验组与对照组相比能更有效与患者进行沟通，有效率达94％。结论利用卡片在喉癌术后沟通可以提高护理质量。Objective To explore the effect of the nursing care of communication with post surgical laryngocarcinoma patients. Method 63 cases of laryngeal cancer patients during Apr. 2005 to March 2008 were randomly divided into the test group and the reference group, We communicated with the test group using self-designed cards, and with the reference group in conventional ways, then assessed their respective effectiveness. Result Compared with the reference group, the test group were more effectively to communicate with. And the effective rate was 94 percent. Conclusion It can improve the effectiveness of nursing care using cards to communicate with post surgical laryngocarcinoma patients.
