摘　　要：目的探讨高频电泪道浚通术联合丝裂霉素治疗鼻泪管阻塞的疗效。方法将86例鼻泪管阻塞患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组45例采用高频电泪道浚通术,治疗组41例采用高频电泪道浚通术联合丝裂霉素治疗,观察2组的临床疗效。结果对照组治愈者32例(71.11),治疗组治愈者38例(92.68),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高频电泪道浚通术联合丝裂霉素治疗鼻泪管阻塞是一种简单、高效的方法。Objective To search for a simple and effective way to treat obstruction of naso-lacrimal duct.Methods Eighty-six cases with obstruction of naso-lacrimal duct were randomly divided into control group and mitomycin group.In control group,45 cases were treated with the high-frequent electrolacryocystoplasty.In mitomycin group,41 cases were treated through the combination of high-frequent electrolacryocystoplasty and mitomycin.Therapeutic effect was observed in both groups.Results It was found that the curative rate of control group was 71.11% for 32 cases significantly lower than that of mitomycin group 92.68% for 38 cases（P〈0.05）.Conclusion High-frequent electrolacryocystoplasty combined with mitomycin is a simple and effective way to treat obstruction of naso-lacrimal duct.
