摘  要:目的:评价牙科热压铸造工艺对SiO2-K2O-B2O3-MgO-F系牙科低熔云母玻璃陶瓷的显微结构的影响。方法:原料粉在1400℃熔融2h制成玻璃柱和玻璃板,经切割分别制成柱状(12mm×8mm;n=48)和条形试件(20mm×2mm×4mm;n=48)。柱状试件用于实验组的热压铸造,条形试件经历与实验组相同的热处理过程用于对照。通过差热分析(DTA)、X射线衍射分析(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜观测(SEM)及三点弯曲强度的测试,比较牙科热压铸造工艺对SiO2-K2O-B2O3-MgO-F系牙科低熔云母玻璃陶瓷的微观结构及抗弯强度的影响。结果:玻璃的核化温度为530℃,晶化温度在600~800℃之间。热压铸组的晶体呈现一定程度的定向排列,而对照组的晶体随机交错分布。热压铸组的三点弯曲强度(142.08±9.39~177.94±7.44)MPa高于对照组的(118.44±12.04~147.16±4.59)MPa。热处理后主要晶体为云母,压铸后硅锌矿增加。结论:牙科热压铸造工艺可以在SiO2-K2O-B2O3-MgO-F系牙科低熔云母玻璃陶瓷内部形成各向异性的结构,从而有助于提高力学强度。Objective:To evaluate the effect of dental heat pressing on the texture development of mica based low melt point glass-ceramic located in SiO2-K2O-B2O3-MgO-Fsystem. Methods:Glass rods (12 mm ×50 mm) and plates (40 mm ×50 mm ×4 mm) were prepared by melting the glass composition at 1 400 ℃ for 2 h. Ingots ( 12 mm×8 mm; n=48) were cut from the rods, and bar (20 mm×2 mm×4 mm; n=48) from plates. The Ingots were heat pressed to form specimens, and the bars were heat treated to serve as controls. DTA, SEM, XRD techniques and mechanical testing methods were used. Results:The temperature of nucleation was 530 ℃ , and the temperature of crystallization between 600 % to 800 ℃. The SEM examination indicated crystals were aligned along the direction of pressing, and while in heat treatment groups crystals randomly interlocked. The bending strength of the heat-pressed specimens ( 142.08 ± 9.39 - 177.94 ± 7.44) was higher than that of the heat treated controls (118.44 ± 12.04 -147.16 ±4.59). The main crystallization in specimens after heat treated was Fluorophlogopite and Wellmite after heat pressing. Conclusion: Dental heat pressing procedure lead to an anisotropic structure in mica based low melting point glass-ceramic, which is a useful method to improve the mechanical property.
