摘 要:建立了以超声波提取、凝胶渗透色谱净化(GPC)、HP.5MS石英毛细管柱分离、EI离子源质谱法测定土壤中13种三嗪类除草剂的多残留检测方法。三嗪类除草剂的添加水平为0.010~0.100mg/kg时,平均回收率为72.1%~118.3%,相对标准偏差为2.6%~19.8%(n=4);方法的检出限为0.30—2.50ug/kg。A multi-residue analysis method was developed for triazine herbicides in soil using gas chromatography with electron impact ionization mass spectrometric determination. The samples were extracted with ultrasonic extraction and separated by capillary column, then cleaned up by gel permeation chromatography. The average recoveries were from 72.1% to 118.3%, and the relative standard deviations from 2.6% to 19.8% (n = 4) with spiked triazine herbicides at levels of 0.010 - 0.100 mg/kg in blank samples. The limits of detection (LOD) were from 0.30 to 2.5 ug/kg.
