摘　　要：从无形资产的理论出发,提出了对人力资本投资到获取价值的价值链路线.在此基础上,解析了星级酒店人力资源类无形资产的内容和特征,总结了河南省星级酒店人力资源及无形资产的现状,认为应从4个方面构建星级酒店的无形资产与人力资源的良性循环机制.In the basis of intangible assets theory,put forward the route of investing human resource and obtaining its value, analyze the content and character of intangible assets in the field of human resource of star- rated hotel. Conclude the situation of hotel in Henan province,and deem that the favorable circle system of intangible assets and human resource shall be composed in four aspects.
