我国优秀男子铅球运动员最后用力的运动学研究

摘　　要：通过三维运动学分析的方法对现阶段我国最优秀的8名男子铅球运动员的最后用力技术进行研究,发现普遍存在最后用力的时间过长、左脚着地时膝关节角度偏大、用力时膝关节蹬伸不充分的、提前对右肩加速、环节用力的顺序不合理等问题。By using the method of three - dimensional kinematical analysis the author makes a kinematical analysis on the technique of shot in the course of final effort in Chinese eight elite men athletes on present stage. The result shows that last spurt of time lead widespread long. The knee joint for left foot to touch ground angle is greatly partial to bigness. Knee joint of stretch is deficient while make an energize. Accelerate to the right shoulder in advance.The sequence of link,s last spurt is also not reasonable.
