摘　　要：从职业生涯规划的角度,阐述了图书馆员职业生涯规划管理的必要性,并提出了实施规划管理的途径。From the angle of the career planning, this paper expounds the necessity of the management of librarians＇ career planning, and puts forward some paths for carrying out the career planning management.
