摘 要:探讨了原位聚合法制备乙酰甲胺磷农药微胶囊剂。观察了脲醛树脂为壁材包埋乙酰甲胺磷农药获得微胶囊的反应过程。研究了酸化强度与固化温度、溶剂以及反应过程中搅拌速度等因素对微胶囊结构、表面特征以及粒径等的影响。结果表明,在控制适当的酸化反应速度下,反应体系酸性越大,对微胶囊的生成越有利。同时发现聚合温度以60℃为宜;在非极性溶剂二甲苯及搅拌速度3000r/min的条件下,可以制得包覆良好、粒径较小、分布均匀且流动性好的圆球形微胶囊。测定其具有良好的缓释性能。The urea-formaldehyde resin microcapsule containing the acephate pesticide was prepared by in situ polymerization of monomers. The establishment of acephate urea-formaldehyde resin microcapsules was observed. The parameters of reaction medium pH, reaction temperature, solvent and stirring speed, which could effect on the structure surface characters and size of the microcapsules, were investigated. It was found that the encapsulation yield and characters as well as the extent of urea-formaldehyde polymerization could be optimal in the condition of 60℃ dimethylbenzene as solvent and 3000 r/min stirring speed.
