摘  要:目的探讨多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片诊断系统用于胰腺癌的临床诊断价值。方法用多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片诊断系统测定分析78例胰腺癌患者、31例胰腺炎患者和378例健康体检者血清的多肿瘤标志物CA199、NSE、CEA、CA242、Ferriting、β-HCG、AFP、f-PSA、PSA、CA125、HGH、CA153含量。结果多肿瘤标志物联合检测胰腺癌组的阳性率为91.3%,炎症组阳性率为19.4%,正常对照组阳性率为8.5%,胰腺癌组阳性率显著高于胰腺炎组和正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统的应用对胰腺癌诊断有较高的临床参考价值。Objective To discuss the clinical diagnostic value of multi -tumor markers protein biochip diagnosis system in pancreatic cancer. Methods The concentrations of 12 tumor markers ( CA199 、 NSE 、 CEA, CA242 、 Ferriting, β- HCG、 AFP、f-PSA、PSA、CA125,HGH、CA153) in 78 pancreatic cancer cases, 31 pancreatitis cases and 378 healthy subjects were detected by using multi - tumor markers protein biochip diagnosis system. Results The positive rates in the group of pancreatic cancer, pancreatitis and healthy subjects were 91.3%, 19.4% and 8.5%, respectively. The positive rate in the group of pancreatic cancer was obviously higher than that other two groups ( p 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Multi - tumor mark- ers protein biochip diagnosis system has significant clinical value in diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.
