摘　　要：针对生产经营单位从业人员规模大、人数多,面授培训存在成本高等问题,论述了E-learning平台在安全培训中实施的意义,提出了建设安全培训网络平台的原则和平台建设的技术方案。The state attaches great importance to training on work safety, employees in production and management units is large in scale, the number, the higher cost of face-to-face training problems exist. Compare to face-to-face training, network training is very obvious advantages, this paper tells the significance of E-learning platforms in the implementation of safety training , building the safety training network platform of principles and the technical platform for building programmes.
