摘　　要：结合海峡西岸经济区建设及福建工程学院悠久办学历史形成的传统特色,对电气工程及其自动化专业应用型人才培养进行探索和实践。认为:要准确定位,科学制定人才培养目标,使所培养的人才成为"务实性、应用性、适用性、创新性"人才;要辨证统一"理论与实践关系"、"应用与创新关系"、"通识与专业关系",设计"一条主线、两个课堂、三大平台、四个结合"人才培养方案;要坚持"四项建设",打造富有特色的实践教学体系。Talent training in Electrical engineering and automation is explored, which integrates the construction of economic zone on the west coast of the Taiwan Straits with traditional educational features of Fujian University of Technology. The findings include targeted positioning and well-devised training plans to foster professionals well founded in ＂practice, application, adaptation and innovation. ＂The way of training lies in well-balanced relations between theory and practice, application and innovation, extensive knowledge and specialty. Constructive plans of talent training are designed which are characterized by ＂one main line, two classrooms, three platforms and four parts in one＂ to enhance ＂four constructions＂ and to foster an effective practical teaching system with highlighted features.
