摘　　要：目的:了解住院精神疾病患者精神药物的应用情况及其演变。方法:采用一日法对厦门市南山疗养院179例住院精神疾病患者的精神药物应用状况进行调查,将其结果与2000年相比较。结果:精神药物的使用频度发生了明显变化,新型精神药物的使用正在逐渐增多。结论:精神药物应用的多样性已是一种趋势,精神药物的合理使用应当引起重视。Objective：To investigate the clinical application and the evolution of psychotropic drugs for inpatients with mental disorders.Methods：The method of one day time point survey was used to investigate 179 inpatients with mental disorders in Xiamen Nanshan Sanatorium in 2008.The results were compared with the data on the same day in 2000.Results： The ratio of using psychotropic drugs has been prominently changed.The use of new psychotropic drugs is increasing.Conclusions： There has been a tendency towards the diversity of the psychotropic drugs application.The rational use of psychotropic drugs should be paid great attention.
