摘  要:目的:探讨高校教师失眠患者心理社会影响因素。方法:对30名教师失眠症患者和30名健康教师进行心理社会因素方面的对照研究。结果:失眠症组心理健康状况明显低于对照组;失眠症组个性特征表现为情绪不稳定,且所获得社会支持较少,表现为对客观支持少和对社会支持的利用度不够。同时生活事件多于对照组,尤其是负性生活事件明显高于对照组。结论:高校教师失眠症与心理社会因素高度相关,在进行药物治疗同时应注重心理社会因素干预。Objective:To explore psychosocial factors in university teachers with insomnia.Methods:Case-control teachers were conducted for psychosocial factors in 30 teachers with insomnia and 30 healthy ones.Results: The mental health status of insomnia group was obviously lower than that of healthy group;personality,,s features of the former were emotional labile;acquired social supports were less.which showed less supports to objective and insufficient utilization of social supports;meanwhile,life events of the former were more than that of the latter,especially negative life events.Conclusions: Inomnia of university teachers is obviously related to psychosocial factors,so psychosocial interventions should be paid to at the same time of phamacotherapy.
