儒家和谐管理思想在高校管理中的运用

摘　　要：分析了儒家"以德为先"、"天地之性人为贵"、"道持中庸"、"齐之以礼"等治国方略,提出,儒家的国家管理思想应用于高校管理同样适用。儒家的国家管理思想与现代刚性的法制化、规范化、制度化等管理方式相比,无论对个人还是集体更具有感应性、适应性、内趋性与持久性,因此,更能提高高校管理的内在质量。This paper studies Confucian strategies on governing a country, for instance, ＂virtue first＂, ＂human matters most＂, ＂adherence to the doctrine of the mean＂, and＂keeping order by ritual＂. This paper advances that such strategies can be used in managing universities. Compared with modern rigid managing modes characterized by legalization, stylization, normalization and institutionalization, Confucian strategies are more irritable, more adaptable, more inner-minded and more everlasting, thus ensuring the improvement of university management.
