摘　　要：目的探讨心理干预对非糜烂性胃食管反流病（NERD）伴抑郁症患者生活质量的影响。方法将95例NERD伴抑郁症患者随机分为观察组48例和对照组47例，对照组常规应用雷贝拉唑（10mg，2次／d口服）；观察组在常规用药的基础上给予心理干预。应用反流性疾病问卷（RDQ）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）和生活质量指数问卷（QL—INDEX）在入组时及治疗8周末各调查评定1次。结果在治疗8周末2组间比较，观察组SDS评分（41．58±6．85）分，显著低于对照组（50．42±9．26）分（P〈0．01）；生活质量指数问卷评分，8周末观察组（8．56±1．38）分明显高于对照组（7．98±1．42）分（P〈0．05）。结论对NERD伴抑郁症患者进行心理干预能改善患者的抑郁状态，明显提高患者的生活质量。Objective To study influence of psychological intervention on life quality of patients with non-erosive reflux disease（NERD） complicated with depression. Methods Patients with NERD and depression（95 cases） were divided randomly into the observation group（48 cases） and the control group（47 cases）.The control group received oral administration of rabeprazole,10 rag,bid.The observation group was given psychological intervention based upon routine medication.The reflux diagnostic questionnaire （RDQ）, self-rating depression scale（SDS） and quality of life-index（QL-INDEX） scale were adopted for evaluation before and 8 weeks after treatment. Results The score of SDS was （41.58±6.85） in the observation group,which was lower than that of the control group,（50.42±9.26）, after 8 weeks of treatment （P 〈 0.01 ）. The score of QL-INDEX was （8.56±1.38） in the observation group,which was higher than that of the control group,（7.98±1.42）, after 8 weeks of treatment （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Psyehologieal intervention for patients with non-erosive reflux disease （NERD） complicated with depression can ameliorate their depression state and improve their life quality.
