摘  要:目的对辅导员出现职业倦怠现象进行分析,探讨相应的缓解对策,提高辅导员的职业素养,引导大学生成才。方法结合辅导员的工作特点,学校采取相应的激励措施和建立组织保障,提高辅导员的职业认同感。结果各种措施的实施使辅导员在工作中自我激励、自我分析、自我重建,重拾工作的乐趣,积极做好本职工作。结论建立完善的机制,引导辅导员重塑职业价值,重建对工作意义的认知,走出职业倦怠,从而提高思想教育的效果。Objective This essay aims to find out the countermeasures of the college counselors' weariness by analyzing this phenomenon, thus hoping to improve the occupation quality of the counselors, and help college students achieve success. Methods The essay suggests that the college should adopt corresponding stimulated measures and establish organization insurance by combining the counselors' job characteristics, thereby enhancing counselors' occupation identity. Results Various measures enable the counselors to self-motivate, self-analyze and self-rebuild, thus helping counselors regain the pleasure of job. Conclusions By establishing complete mechanism ,we can lead the counselors to rebuild the value of occupation and the understanding of their work, thus helping them get rid of "occupation weariness" and improving their mentality.
