摘  要:为改变当前三坐标测量机CNC控制系统核心技术被国外垄断的现状,设计了一种由DSP与FPGA构成的三坐标测量机CNC位置控制单元。该系统以TMS320F2812为主处理器,XC3S400PQ208为协处理器,处理器之间通过外部存储总线进行接口,并使用速度前瞻控制算法对系统控制进行优化,最后与工业测量软件RATIONALDMIS连接验证系统正确性。实践表明本系统结构简单、可靠、测量速度迅速,可以直接作为CNC控制器配备在测头触发式三坐标测量机上。To change the present situation that the core technologies of all cnc controllers are monopolized by foreign enterprises, one kind of CMM CNC position control unit based on DSP and FPGA has been designed by us. In this design, the DSP TMS320F2812 acts as the main processor, the FPGA XC3S40OPQ208 acts as the co- processor, the external memory interface acts as the interface between processors, and the velocity look-ahead algorithm is used to optimize the control process. And the validity of this system has been tested through connecting it with the industrial measurement software RATIONAL DMIS, which indicates that this system is with simple structure, reliable and with rapid measuring speed. Therefore it can be equipped with probe trigger CMM machines directly.
