摘　　要：目的了解Bcl-X基因在子宫内膜癌中的表达情况及其意义。方法用RT-PCR方法、Western-blot方法检测32例子宫内膜癌组织中的Bcl-XmRNA及蛋白的表达情况。结果Bcl-XSmRNA及蛋白的表达与子宫内膜癌组织的肌层浸润程度、病理分级无关,P均大于0.05;与临床分期、淋巴结转移有关,P均<0.05。而Bcl-XLmRNA及蛋白的表达量与子宫内膜癌组织的肌层浸润程度、临床分期、淋巴结转移无关,P均>0.05;与病理分级有关(P<0.05)。结论Bcl-X在子宫内膜癌的发生发展中有着重要的意义,其中Bcl-XL的异常表达与子宫内膜癌的病理分级有关,Bcl-XS的异常表达与子宫内膜癌的临床分期及淋巴结转移有关。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Bcl-X gene in endometrial cancer.Methods RT-PCR and Western-blot techniques were used to study the expression of Bcl-X mRNA and protein in 32 cases of endometri-al cancer.Results The expression of Bcl-XS mRNA and protein is no relationship with different degree of infiltration of muscu-lar layer and pathological staging（P〉0.05）,but related to different clinical staging and lymph node metastasis status teams（P〈 0.05）.While the expression of Bcl-XL mRNA and protein had no relationship with different degree of infiltration of muscular layer,different clinical staging and lymph node metastasis status teams（P〉0.05）,but related to pathological staging（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Bcl-X has important significance in the development of endometrial cancer.The abnormal expression of Bcl-XL has relationship with pathological staging of endometrial cancer and the abnormal expression of Bcl-XS has relationship with clinical staging and lymph node metastasis of endometrial cancer.
