摘　　要：南通市青少年社会支持系统包括正式社会支持系统与非正式社会支持系统两个组成部分和15种独立的社会支持来源。以青少年心理压力事件作为测试的问题情境、社会支持来源构成作为被择选项,编制成问卷。采用分层随机抽样方法选取南通市648名青少年进行施测与信效度检验,结果显示:量表具有一定的信度和效度,可为南通市青少年社会支持系统水平的评定提供工具;南通市青少年的非正式社会支持系统发挥了更大的作用,正式社会支持系统的作用没有得到充分发挥。Social Support Rating Scale for Juveniles in Nantong （SSRS for Juveniles in Nantong） is composed of the following components, the formal social support system, the informal social support system, and fifteen independent sources of social support. The questionnaire consists of problem situations based on psychological stress of juveniles and multiple choices based on sources of social support. 678 subjects were chosen by stratified random sampling from Nantong, so as to conduct the testing and the examination of reliability and validity. The findings show that the SSRS for Juveniles in Nantong is both reliable and valid to some extent, and can be employed as the questionnaire for the rating of social support level among juveniles in Nantong. The informal social support system exerts more functions than the formal one.
