半夏泻心汤加减联用PPI治疗返流性胃炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察半夏泻心汤去干姜大枣加吴茱萸等联用奥美啦唑治疗慢性返流性胃炎临床疗效;方法:选择经电子胃镜诊断的病例102例,随机分为两组,治疗组51例,对照组51例,对照组单用PPI+多潘立酮。结果:治疗组显效29例,占56.86%,有效18例,占35.29%,无效4例,占7.84%,总有效率92.15%;对照组显效20例,占39.21%,有效16例,占31.37%,无效15例,占29.41%,总有效率70.58%。结论:用半夏泻心汤去干姜大枣加吴茱萸、枳实、白芍、白及、白术、茯苓随症加减,联用奥美啦唑,治疗慢性返流性胃炎有满意的疗效。Objective ： To observe the Banxia Xiexin soup to Dried Ginger jujube, such as the increase in the Miss Ogilvy Lazuo used in the treatment of chronic reflux gastritis clinical efficacy.Methods： The electronic diagnostic endoscopy cases 102 cases were divided into two groups 51 cases, 51 cases of the control group, the control group alone PPI ＋ Domperidone. Results： The markedly effective in 29 eases, accounting for 56.86 percent, effective in 18 cases, accounting for 35.29 percent, invalid four cases, accounting for 7.84 percent, the total efficiency of 92.15 percent; control group markedly effective in 20 cases, accounting for 39.21 percent, effective in 16 cases, accounting for 31.37% invalid in 15 cases, accounting for 29.41 percent, the total efficiency of 70.58 percent.Conclusion： Banxia Xiexin soup to Miss increase in the jujube Dried Ginger, Zhishi, TGP, Bletilla striala, white tricks, with the Fuling of addition and subtraction, the Lazuo by Ogilvy ＆ Mather, the treatment of chronic reflux gastritis are satisfied with the results.
