建设数字化学习型企业学习中心的实践与研究——以TCL集团为例

摘　　要：本文以教育部"数字化学习港与终身学习社会建设与示范"项目为研究背景,通过对TCL集团的员工和管理者进行调查发现,企业传统培训方式存在诸如员工异地培训难、培训经费高、资源稀缺、绩效难以评估等问题;然后,文章提出在企业建设数字化学习中心,以数字化学习方式来解决这些问题的策略;其次,文章还介绍了深圳TCL示范学习中心在促进TCL集团数字化学习型企业构建过程中的建设思路,并对学习中心在企业中的定位、应发挥的功能和公共服务体系在学习中心建设中应该发挥的作用进行了思考。In the context of digital learning harbor program of MOE, China, This paper finds problems existing in the corporation using traditional training method through investigating 42 employees and 8 managers in TCL Group, for example, the difficulty of training location, high cost, scarce learning resource and ineffective evaluation of performance. By setting up digital learning center in TCL group, this paper has given the answer that is to construct digital learning content,management and service system. In addition, this paper reflects the position and function of corporation learning center and commonality service system in the program.
