高新技术企业投入产出效率评价——基于江苏十三个城市的实证研究

摘　　要：应用数据包络分析(DEA)方法对江苏13个城市高新技术企业效率进行评价。评价结果显示江苏高新技术企业投入产出效率不高,只有近一半城市为DEA有效,但各城市间效率差距不大,且未达到效率最优的城市都处于规模收益递增状态。所以加大高新技术产业投入,优化投入产出结构,是实现高新技术产业快速发展的有效途径。Adopting the method of Data Envelopment Analysis, the paper make an efficiency evaluation of high - tech enterprise of thirteen cities in Jiangsu province. The result shows that the efficiency is not high, and only half cities are DEA effective, but the difference between 13 cities is not acute, and the cities of not best efficiency are all increasing return to scale. So increasing the input and optimizing the input - output structure of high - tech industry is an effective approach to developing high - tech industry rapidly.
