摘 要:个体关系结构对于员工知识分享行为决策具有重要的影响,信任在其中发挥着关键性的作用。文章从关联强度和竞争两个维度,对个体间的关系结构特征进行了描述与测量,并利用实践调查数据,实证研究了个体关系结构特征、信任对员工知识分享决策的影响。结果表明,个体关系结构特征,主要通过影响私人间的信任水平,来影响双方的知识分享决策,其中关联强度对知识分享决策具有显著的正向影响,而竞争对于分享决策具有显著的负面影响。Relational structure has important influence on employee' s knowledge sharing decision, among which trust plays a key role. This paper describes and measures the characteristics of relational structure between employees with two dimensions which are ties strength and competition. Through employing inquiry data, this paper empirically examined the influence of relational structure and trust on employee' s knowledge sharing decision. The results show that relational structure affects knowledge sharing decision mainly through interpersonal trust, in which ties strength has a positive effect on sharing decision, while competition has a negative one.
