原位杂交检测lin-28 mRNA在Caenorhabditis elegans中的分布

摘　　要：利用原位杂交检测了异时性基因lin-28 mRNA在野生型和lin-4,lin-14突变体以及lin-4,lin-14双突变体中的分布,发现lin-28 mRNA在胚胎和成虫生殖腺中存在.还发现lin-4突变不改变lin-28 mRNA分布,证明了lin-28表达独立于lin-4抑制通路的存在.The distribution of lin-28 mRNA in C. elegans embryo and adult worm of wild type, lin.4 mutant, lin-14 mutant and lin.4,lin- 14 double mutant were detected by in situ hybridization. The results showed ＇.hat lin-28 mR.NA was found in existence in the embryos and gonad of adult worm, and the distribution did not change in fin.4, lin-14 mutane and lin-4,lin-14 double mutant worm. The distribution of lin-28 mRNA in late stage of larvae of Caenorhabditis elegans wild type and mutants worm did not detected. The results showed that there was a repressive pathway of lin-28 independent of lin-4.
