摘　　要：随着知识管理在企业中的广泛应用,知识库的构建和使用对企业发展的重要性也日渐被重视。本文以制造企业知识库为出发点,对它的内涵和外延做了一定的阐述,并结合40多家企业实施知识库情况的实际调研,分析知识库成功实施的主要影响因素,最后对知识库的发展现状与前景进行总结和展望。With the application of knowledge management, construction and implementation of knowledge base become more and more important to the development of enterprise. This paper discussed the connotation and extension of manufacturing knowledge base, made a survey on over 40 enterprises, and analyzed main influencing factors, finally made a summarize of present situation and a prospect for future development.
