摘　　要：目的探讨胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)K469E基因多态性与河南汉族人群多发性硬化(MS)遗传易感性的关系。方法采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)—连接酶检测反应(LDR)基因分型技术对51例无亲缘关系的MS患者和55例无血缘关系的河南籍健康汉族人ICAM-1 K469E基因进行分型。结果MS组和对照组的ICAM-1K469E基因各等位基因频率、基因型分布相比均无统计学差异(P均>0.05)。结论河南省汉族人群中MS遗传易感性与ICAM-1 K469E基因无明显关联。Objective To investigate the possible association of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 （ ICAM-1 ） K469E gene polymorphism with multiple sclerosis （MS） in Han nationality. Methods ICAM-1 K469E gene polymorphisms were analyzed in 51 MS patients （ MS group） and 55 healthy people （ control group） by polymerase chain reaction （PCR） -ligase detection reaction （LDR） technology. Results There was no significant difference in allelie frequencies and the distribution of genotype of ICAM-1 K469E gene between the patients and controls. Conclusion No marked association could be found between A/G polymorphism in ICAM-1 K469E gene and MS susceptibility.
