摘  要:目的探讨瘦素在前列腺癌与前列腺增生患者血清的表达及其在前列腺癌发生发展中的意义。方法采用ELISA法检测前列腺癌与前列腺增生患者血清中瘦素含量,免疫组化法检测瘦素的表达。结果前列腺癌组瘦素阳性率及表达量明显要高于前列腺增生组,瘦素含量与前列腺癌相关抗原呈正相关。前列腺癌组瘦素表达阳性率明显高于前列腺增生组,激素非依赖性前列腺癌组瘦素表达阳性率高于激素依赖性前列腺癌组。结论瘦素与前列腺癌及前列腺增生有明显的相关性,可能是促进前列腺癌发生发展的关键环节。Objective To study the leptin expression in serum and tissues of patients with prostate cancer or benign prostatic hyperplasia and its significance on prostate cancer generation and development. Methods The enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect leptin content in serum of patients with prostate cancer or benign prostatic hyperplasia. Immunohistochemisty was used to locate leptin protein of prostate cancer and benign prostatic hyperplasia tissues. Restilts The positive ratio and expression of Serum leptin protein in prostate cancer group was apparently higher than benign prostatic hyperplasia group( P 〈 0.01 ). In the prostate cancer group, serum leptin correlated with prostate specific antigen. Leptin protein positive ratio of prostate cancer tissues was apparently higher than benign prostatic hyperplasia tissuses( P 〈 0.01 ). Leptin expression ratio of hormonal independent prostate group was higher than hormonal dependent prostate group (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Leptin correlated apparently with prostate cancer and benign prostatic hyperplasia, which may be key promotion factor of prostate cancer generation and development.
