230例老年急性脑血管病急性期并发症的治疗分析

摘　　要：目的:急性脑血管病是一种老年人常见病,致残率高、死亡率高,其病死率大多是由其并发症引起,积极有效控制并发症,能降低死亡率,改善预后。方法:对我院2006年5月至2008年8月收治230例急性脑血管病患者全身并发症的防治进行研究总结。结果:230例急性脑血管病患者中91例合并全身并发症,经治疗,76例并发症完全纠正和治愈,15例死亡。结论:脑血管病急性期并发症的治疗十分重要,通过正确的预防和治疗,死亡率是可以得到减少的。Objective：Acute cerebrovascular disease is a common disease of the elderly,disability,high mortality,the mortality is mostly caused by complications,active and effective control of the complications that can reduce mortality and improve prognosis.Methods：In our hospital from May 2006 to August 2008 treated 230 cases of acute systemic complications in patients with cerebrovascular disease prevention and control of the study summed up.Results：230 cases of acute cerebrovascular disease in 91 cases of patients with systemic complications of the merger,after treatment,76 cases of complications and cure completely correct,the death of 15 cases.Conclusion：Acute cerebral vascular complications of the treatment is very important,right through the prevention and treatment,mortality can be reduced.
