摘　　要：远程教育已经成为与传统教育并行的一种教育形态。远程教育地位的提高要求我们理清其与传统教育之间的关系,本文主要讨论它们之间的竞争与合作的关系、质量间的关系以及它们的相互融合和补充关系。With the development of Distance Education, it has already become a new kind of education and stand side by side with traditional education. The improvement of the Distance Education status requires us to put the relation between Distance Education and traditional education in order, here, we mainly discus the following relations： The relation of competition and corporation, the relation of their quality and their integration and supplementing.
