摘　　要：目的:探讨在病理技术中TO试剂能否替代二甲苯的应用。方法:TO试剂和二甲苯制片各10 000张,比较效果。结果:制片效果无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:TO试剂可以取代二甲苯。Objective： To discuss if TO could take the place of xylene generally used in pathologic technology. Methods：To prepare slides by using TO or xylene, each 10 000 pieces, and compare the effect of the slides. Results： There was no significant difference between two agents （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： TO can be taken the place of xylene completely.
